Nike reaffirmed their goal to develop an easily accessible, self-lacing shoe in May 2019 when they unveiled the Adapt BB “Nike Mag.” The Nike Mag, a ripoff of the sneaker shown in Back to the Future Part II, is aggressively channelled in this interpretation. The Wolf Grey Flyknit upper of the ‘Air Mag’ colorway is highlighted by multicoloured dots, and the midsole has a splattered design. Using the side-mounted light-up buttons or the associated smartphone app, wearers can customise the fit of the shoe.
