The Air Jordan 3 is the third signature basketball shoe by Michael Jordan and remains one of the most popular shoes to date. The first pair of Jordan 3 sneakers were created in 1988 by iconic designer Tinker Hatfield. This Air Jordan was the first model to use exact air modules, Jumpman logos and the familiar elephant press in terms of its style. In the initial designs, the emblem on the middle foot of the kicks was put into the Swoosh logo which was resurrected by many representations for the 30th anniversary of the silhouette in 2018. This sneaker is one of Michael Jordan’s personal favourite silhouettes and has remained iconic due to Jordan competing in the dunk contest whilst wearing them.
