We provide convinient access to buy and sell premium footwear, apparel, and accessories. We run on a consignment based platform to stock our inventory supported by independent sellers such as sneaker collectors and streetwear resellers.

We work with sellers to determine sale prices accordingly using a range of parameters such as shoe condition, rarity, size and market price.

Our aim is to exhibit our entire brand-new inventory on our website. However, some listings featured on our social media might be exclusive to in-store or a specific store as mentioned accordingly. Generally, we do not list used nor flawed products on the website, they will be sold via our social media (Instagram and WeChat) or physical store only.

We assure 100% authenticity in all the products we hold amongst all our stores. Our team authenticates all the products that prior to adding to our inventory.

SHOPPING

PRE-ORDER items are stock that is not in hand but can be acquired by our network with a fixed upfront payment. It generally takes us 10-15 business days (unless otherwise stated) to receive PRE-ORDERS and then we will ship them to you. For more details, please click here.

Yes, we can take partial payments via bank transfer and then issue you with online coupons to be used in your purchase. Email our friendly team at enquiries@kickstw.com.au for all split payment inquiries.

Majority of our inventory is brand new unless stated as pre-owned then refer to the photos to identify condition accordingly else head into the store to inspect the item in person.

To help determine appropriate sizing, we suggest referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide. You can always head in store to try it out!

After adding an item to your cart, you can redeem a coupon code at by entering it at checkout prior to finalizing payment. If the code is valid/accepted, you will see the discount applied in your cart.

There are a number of reasons why an order may get cancelled. We outline the reason for cancellation in the email sent out to you. If you are having issues at checkout on the website please contact customer support at enquiries@kickstw.com.au

Speak to our staff in store and they can guide to processing the item for purchase in store and then arrange pickup accordingly depending on location or transfer to the store of your choice.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We do not have such options available on the website yet, while you can reach out to our friendly customer service team via email or WeChat for your requests, we will try our best to assist you the best we can.

For in-stock products: generally, we process and ship orders within 1 business day. (Mystery box orders excluded.)
For pre-order products: we process orders within 1 business day and ships orders in the next 10-15 business days (unless otherwise specified)

From the shipment date, customers can expect their orders to arrive within 1-7 business days domestically and 2-10 business days internationally, depends on chosen shipping services and locations. Please note due to COVID-19, there might be shipping delays.

We only accept orders paid by credit card with the same billing & shipping addresses and we only ship to PayPal addresses when the orders are paid via PayPal.
We can ship to a different address than the billing address, only if the payment method is not Credit Card nor PayPal.

We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. Our inventory is on consignment as stated, meaning we sell items for many individual sellers/consignors. These consignors are paid out shortly after their item(s) sell. Because of this we are firm on our no return policy.

All our orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. This is to ensure utmost safety for our packages.

KICKSTW ships to most countries. However, if your country is not listed on the shipping page, please contact customer support at enquiries@kickstw.com.au Please note, we are not responsible for custom or duty fees.

We try our best to avoid such issues by shipping to your order address only with tracking services and require a signature on delivery for all shipments.
In terms of product(s) damage or loss in transit, we will try our best to help communicate with the courier companies and get you the available compensation offered by the courier companies. However, we will not be responsible for any of the above if we correctly packed and shipped your orders to your order address, as once the parcels are picked up by couriers, it will be out of our control.

Please note: we only include default shipping insurance for all domestic orders up to $5000 AUD offered by Australia Post. For high value orders over $5000 AUD or international orders, we strongly recommend you contact us prior to discussing shipping insurance options. It is the buyers’ responsibility to insure any orders over $5000 AUD and all international orders at their own cost.

For all shipments being redirected or authorized to be left at the door, we hold no responsibility for any loss or damage, regardless of whether the shipments are insured or not. For all shipments shown as delivered by the courier company, we hold no responsibility for any loss, regardless of whether the shipments are insured or not.

CONSIGNMENT & BUYBACK

We charge a 17% fee of the price we agree to list your item at, or a minimum of $25 AUD, whichever is greater.

Visit our consignment page https://kickstw.com.au/our-store/consignment/ where we have a form for you to fill out with your list of items and your suggested prices. You will be provided with a consignment reference ID once you submit it, which can be used at your point of consignment in store. You can finalize the prices with the in store staff who will review your items and provide you with a physical contract featuring our terms and conditions.

We accept brand new and pre-owned items, however they need to be reviewed by staff at point of consignment irrespective to condition. Please note all pre-owned items must be brought in or delivered to store to decide on price, no quotes available via online platforms or emails.

You will be paid to the bank account provided at point of consignment after your item is sold, this is the only mode we have available at this stage, except for store credit for domestic consigners. We don’t offer cash as an option for payout. For international consignors, please contact us in prior to discuss your payout options.

Our most preferred point of communication to change price is to contact us via email enquiries@kickstw.com.au as our stock is divided amongst multiple locations and our stock management team need to update it accordingly.
We have a minimum 21 day policy where from the day of consignment we don’t allow this as it’s logistically inconvenient to our conduct when looking to sell your items through our multiple platforms. After this period you can contact us via email enquiries@kickstw.com.au and request to have your items prepared for you to pickup at a point of choice amongst our store locations.

Yes, we offer buyback aka DIRECT PURCHASE on limited, hard-to-get sneakers and streetwear in brand new and good pre-owned conditions at a REASONABLE price. You can fill in the buyback request form at https://kickstw.com.au/our-store/consignment/ and one of our staff members will contact you.

Please note all pre-owned items or items with flaws must be brought in or delivered to store to decide on final price.

 A good amount of our inventory is on consignment, and we pay consignors shortly after items leave our store.  Trades would have to be to be in heavy favor of the store. When trading, we need to BENEFIT or we’d rather make a sale.
