UNION LA, whose recent Air Jordan 1 was swiftly pushed into the ethereal hall of fame, has earned a slew of honours. While custom makers are expected to contribute their own interpretations, it’s surprising to see Jordan Brand do so – first with the Air Jordan 1 Light Smoke Grey and now with this newly revealed Air Jordan 1 Mid SE. Unlike the former, the latter is far closer to its source of inspiration. In terms of colour, the famous Black Toe scheme is retained, but the material has been changed to nylon at the front and suede at the heel.
