The Jordan 4 has come with a colourway exclusively in women’s sizing with the Frozen Moments colourway, which was released on the 23rd of August 2023.
This sneaker is exquisitely crafted, showcasing a harmonious blend of light iron ore, sail-neutral grey, black, and metallic silver. The chrome detail creates a restrained yet striking aesthetic to the iconic Jordan 4 silhouette. Starting with the outsole of this shoe, it sets the tone for the rest of the upper, with various shades of grey to create interest in the bottom of the shoe. The midsole starts introducing the rest of the colour of the upper with a dark neutral grey engulfing the back of the midsole, with the front side sporting a creamy white colour.
Moving up, we are greeted with glossy leather on the front panel of the shoe, which is the same colour as the midsole. This high-quality craftsmanship continues with the suede and nubuck overlays, which provide a premium feel but are also lighter shades of grey, creating an ombre-like effect on the shoe. These colours create the perfect base for the star of the shoe, the silver chrome wings and lace tabs. This striking detail embodies the monochromatic look and adds interest to the shoe. The rest of the shoe is standard with the Jumpman logo stitched into the tongue, also in a light grey colour. The back tab of the shoe is a standard rubber material also decorated with a white coloured Jumpman. The sock lining and laces complete the look of the shoe as they are the same colour, completing the ombre look.
Due to this being a women’s release, the biggest size that it reaches is a Men’s US10.5 and was not released in extensive sizing as seen in some other Jordan releases such as the Travis Scott Jordan 1 Low Olive (W).
