The limited-edition Way of Wade 2 was unveiled by Dwyane Wade and Chinese shoe company Li-Ning in March 2014. The basketball player first wore them at a Heat vs. Rockets game. The famed Chinese soldier Lei Feng, who wore a camouflage pattern adorned with Chinese symbols, served as the inspiration for the cloth upper. The shoe’s outsole is made of a sturdy material and has the distinctive speckled sole that is characteristic of the style.
