While the pair does not include a direct recreation of the Jordan 1’s famed original colour scheme (which has surged in value on the aftermarket as a result of ESPN’s “The Last Dance” series), it does have one of the most heritage-driven arrangements in recent memory for the mid-top silhouette. Quilted panels and shimmering profile Swooshes, among other experimental accents, have been dropped in favour of a traditional leather build in the “Chicago”-inspired “White/Gym Red/Black” colour scheme. The deep scarlet colour dominates the original Air Jordan’s characteristic overlays, while the darkest tone dominates the side logos and collars.
