The Air Jordan 6 ‘Carmine’ was released in 1991 as one of the original Air Jordan 6 colorways, and it rapidly became a sneakerhead favourite as Jordan wore them on his path to his first NBA championship. The ‘Carmine’ was retired from Nike’s archives until 2008, when it was reissued as part of the 17/6 Collezione ‘Countdown’ Pack (alongside an Air Jordan 17 sneaker). It then made a comeback in 2014 for a standalone retro. The sneaker has a white and red perforated nubuck leather upper.
